Two Part Harmony (Kaskel/Trimmer 1996)

Evergreen         34” tall       4” bloom       Early season Reblooms        Tetraploid

Clumps quickly and blooms prolifically from July to September. The name of this cultivar is a play on words in several ways. Hybridized as a collaborative effort between Mathew Kaskel and Dan Trimmer, Two Part Harmony blooms both as a single bloom and as a double. We have found that early season blooms tend to be predominantly single and mid and late season blooms tend to be much more double. Although southern bred, this is a cultivar that we have absolutely no qualms about growing in northern gardens - totally winter hardy, healthy spring development, great branching and great budcount, and a long season of bloom - how much more can we ask of our daylilies?
