Kwanso (described by Stout 1917)
Dormant 3'-4' tall 4.5” bloom Mid Season Diploid
25 years ago we grew Kwanso with variegated green/white foliage. Over the years all the variegation has been lost, and it is doubtful that it will ever return, but this is a striking double fulvous daylily.
This plant can be an aggressive spreader with underground rhizomes extending several feet from the parent plant.
